Yes of course! All our items are purchased separately so you can always have a bikini that fits you perfectly. Girls, we’ve got you covered.

How will my item be shipped?
All our parcels are sent to you 2nd class with the Royal mail (2-4 business days)

When will I receive my pre-ordered bikini?
We appreciate your pre-order and enthusiasm for our product. Currently, pre-orders are initially estimated at 8-10 weeks. However, we are working diligently to expedite the process. Your patience is highly valued

How does a preorder work?
Pre-orders are easy! They allow you early access to my new unreleased collection making sure you don’t miss out and are able to reserve your size and colour. Once you’ve placed your order it will take around 8-10 weeks until you receive it.

What sizes do you stock?
Currently we stock sizes XS-L. We are however looking into having a wider selection in our future collections. Please check our size guide to ensure you purchase the correct size for you!
Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unstained and with all labels and tags in tact. All returned items go through a rigorous checking process. If any marks (e.g. deodorant, bodily fluids, fake tan, make-up), stains or signs of wear are identified the item will be returned to the customer without a refund - we operate a strict policy on this for hygiene reasons and so please check your items thoroughly before sending them back to us to avoid any disappointment.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return please email us at: help@shoplazyday.com or send us a message via instagram.
In your message please include your means for return and we will respond within 48hours and deal with this for you.
Once your refund process has been approved for your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Once you received your refund notification, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
You have 14 days to initiate a return for a refund or an exchange.
This is from the date the order was placed.
Returns and refunds are subject to a returns fee of £4.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have purchased an item that has been on ‘Final sale’ it will not be eligible for return, unless your item is damaged upon receiving it.
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us immediately at help@shoplazyday.com. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the issue in your email. If your issue qualifies for a replacement, I’ll policy is that your item will be replaced by the exact same item if in stock.
